Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel as your workload changes. We’ll confirm when changes take effect and how billing adjustments work before launch.

Yes. You can buy top-up credits whenever you need more than your monthly allowance. They add to your credit balance and never expire. You can top up without changing your plan, and paid plans keep their lower storage rate.

No. Editors, freelancers and clients can join for free. The workspace owner covers storage and authorised jobs; guests don't use their own credits.

Active storage and cloud processing across the workspaces you own. Keeping 2 TB active for 48 hours uses 8 credits on a paid plan. Plan amounts include any bonus credits.

When the files are removed, manually or through scheduled cleanup. Downloading them does not remove them. Incoming media, working files and other outputs use storage credits while stored on Unravel. Automated DCP mastering includes 7 days of storage for the finished DCP, starting from completion.

No capacity cap is attached to your plan. Usage draws from your credits based on file size and time active. Add credits as needed; published service limits still apply.

Yes. Flex has no subscription and includes 1 credit each month. Add top-up credits for storage and processing whenever you need them, including larger packs with volume discounts. Flex keeps the standard storage rate.

Monthly plan credits, including Flex’s 1 credit and paid-plan bonuses, reset each month. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Top-up credits never expire. Files you keep active continue using credits.

Unravel does not charge egress fees, including repeat downloads. Storage usage continues until files are removed. Connected cloud providers may charge you for access or egress on their side.

Plan and credit-pack prices are in USD before applicable tax. Human mastering services are priced separately.
